Shipping & Returns Policy

At Perfumes for Less NG, we deliver original and affordable perfumes across Nigeria. We carefully package every order to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping in Nigeria

We deliver nationwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

Perfume Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the perfume is unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Why We Don’t Accept Opened Perfumes

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used. Once opened, we cannot verify how the fragrance has been handled or stored, and it cannot be resold as a new product.

This policy helps us maintain our commitment to selling 100% genuine, unused perfumes in Nigeria.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect perfume, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos or videos. We will investigate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
