Perfume Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the perfume is unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Why We Don’t Accept Opened Perfumes
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used. Once opened, we cannot verify how the fragrance has been handled or stored, and it cannot be resold as a new product.
